How PPML collects, uses, shares and protects information submitted through this website’s enquiry and ebook forms or sent to us directly.
Privacy at Pratibha Press & Multimedia
This policy applies to the corporate website operated by Pratibha Press & Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. ("PPML", "we", "us" or "our"). It is effective from 22 August 2026.
Information we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, company or organisation, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, requirement category and requirement details, together with the optional quantity, required-by date, city and preferred contact method you choose to give. When you request the ebook we collect your name, company or organisation, work email, phone or WhatsApp number and, optionally, your city. In both cases we also record the page you submitted from, a submission reference, the submission time and limited technical information such as IP address used for security and abuse prevention. When you contact Team PPML directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to send us. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, to deliver the ebook you requested, to prevent abuse of our forms and to maintain an appropriate operational record. Submitting an enquiry or requesting the ebook is not marketing consent and does not subscribe you to any mailing list.
Email delivery and service providers
Form submissions are delivered by email using Resend, our email-delivery service provider. Each submission is sent to the PPML CRM team at clientsupport@pratibhapress.com with a copy to aakankshajain@pratibhapress.com, and an acknowledgement is sent to the email address you provided. The website does not store your submission in a website database. When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp instead, the relevant providers process that communication under their own terms and privacy notices. Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website. We require service providers to handle information only for the services they provide to us.
Retention
Enquiry and ebook records held by the CRM team are retained for 12 months after your last enquiry interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship or a legal or regulatory obligation. They are then deleted or anonymised. The website itself does not store enquiry or ebook records in a database.
Website logs, cookies and content administration
Hosting and security systems may record IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and error information to deliver and protect the website. The public website does not use advertising cookies or ad-tracking scripts. It does use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused measurement service, to understand aggregate website usage and page performance; this analytics implementation does not use cookies. PPML uses WordPress.com as an administrative publishing system for blogs, vacancies, recent work, team galleries, capability media and the corporate-video entry. When WordPress-hosted media is displayed, WordPress.com or its content-delivery provider may receive ordinary technical request data such as IP address and browser details.
Embedded video
If PPML publishes its corporate film, the website will display it using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player. The player is not loaded when no approved video has been published. If a video is displayed, YouTube may receive technical request data and may store or access information when you interact with the player. You can choose not to play the video.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including transport encryption, access controls and restricted service credentials. No online service is completely risk-free. Some service providers may process information outside India, subject to their contractual and security safeguards and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your website enquiry, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

(PPML) is the data fiduciary for the personal information described in this policy. clientsupport@pratibhapress.com is PPML's authorised contact for privacy questions, data-principal requests and grievances. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
