How PPML collects, uses, shares and protects information while online form submissions are temporarily unavailable.
Privacy at Pratibha Press & Multimedia
This policy applies to the corporate website operated by Pratibha Press & Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. ("PPML", "we", "us" or "our"). It is effective from 22 August 2026.
Information we collect
Online form submissions are temporarily unavailable on this website, so the site does not currently collect enquiry or ebook details from you. When you contact Team PPML directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to send us, such as your name, organisation, contact details and the requirement you describe. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use the details you send us to understand and respond to your request, plan possible follow-up and maintain an appropriate business record. Contacting us about a publication is not treated as consent for unrelated marketing. The free ebook is offered as a direct download and requires no personal details.
Email delivery and service providers
Website form email delivery is currently switched off; the website does not send transactional email at present. Enquiries reach PPML directly at clientsupport@pratibhapress.com, or by phone and WhatsApp on the numbers published on this website. When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, the relevant email, telephone and WhatsApp providers process that communication under their own terms of service and privacy notices, which are outside PPML's control. If website form delivery is reinstated, this policy will be updated before it is enabled. Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website. We require service providers to handle information only for the services they provide to us.
Retention
Direct correspondence is kept only for as long as is reasonably needed to answer your request, manage any resulting business relationship, meet a legal or regulatory obligation, or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. It is then deleted or anonymised. The website does not store enquiry or ebook records in a PPML website database.
Website logs, cookies and content administration
Hosting and security systems may record IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and error information to deliver and protect the website. The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. PPML uses WordPress.com as an administrative publishing system for blogs, vacancies, recent work, team galleries, capability media and the corporate-video entry. When WordPress-hosted media is displayed, WordPress.com or its content-delivery provider may receive ordinary technical request data such as IP address and browser details.
Embedded video
If PPML publishes its corporate film, the website will display it using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedded player. The player is not loaded when no approved video has been published. If a video is displayed, YouTube may receive technical request data and may store or access information when you interact with the player. You can choose not to play the video.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including transport encryption, access controls and restricted service credentials. No online service is completely risk-free. Some service providers may process information outside India, subject to their contractual and security safeguards and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your website enquiry, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
